Alizay Hickson has been an incredible entrepreneur and esthetician since 2018. Her passion for skincare and commitment to her clients is truly inspiring. It's amazing how she has built her business, Touch Esthetics Treatment Spa, focusing on education and serving the ethnic community.

Company Policies
Cancellations/Rescheduling
My cancellation policy states that:
* All appointments require a 24-hour notice for cancellation to avoid penalty.
* Cancellation after 24-hour mark or no-show will result in half of the appointment cost being charged to your card or a refund of half the amount already prepaid!
* If no card on file, future appointments won't be accepted until half of the prior appointment is paid.
* 14-day window to process the charge.
* Being more than 15 minutes late will also be considered a no-show and cancellation. We will also need to reschedule the appointment for a later time or date, and the client will need to confirm the new appointment time to avoid any further inconvenience.

Same day appointments/Deposits
Touch Esthetics doesn't offer same-day appointments, but walk-ins are welcome during working hours. If the salon is closed, clients can text, call, or email to schedule an appointment.
If a client books an appointment directly with me, a nonrefundable deposit of half the total service price is required to secure the slot.
However, if you book through the website https:squareup.com/appointments/book/zyfbiyww3orgdw/BA6KDD14G8Q2X/services , they'll need to pay the full amount for services under $100 and half the amount for services over $100 upfront, with the option to pay the remaining balance at the appointment.
Drop offs/Bringing little ones
It is important to arrive on time and have a plan for transportation after the appointment. Additionally, extra guests or children are not allowed in the spa unless they are also receiving a service. This helps maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment for all clients.

I highly recommend! Came in for a Brazilian sugar And the process was so quick and easy! Alizays bed side manner was awesome. Having a Brazilian sugar especially from someone you don't really know yet can be super Awkward but she made it so effortless. We laughed and joked the whole time making it super comfortable. It was quick and not as painful as I thought thank goodness. She really is amazing at her job.
