Company Policies

Cancellation &

Rescheduling Policy

To ensure fairness and respect for both clients and our spa, we have established the following policies:

24-Hour Notice:

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid any penalties.

Late Cancellations

and No-Shows:

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or no-shows will incur a fee equal to half the appointment total. To reschedule, a new appointment must be booked at the full price of the original service.

First and Second Time Clients:

Rescheduling within 24 hours is acceptable, but if it becomes a repetitive pattern 2+ within a month, there will be an inconvenience fee of $10 added to the next service.

Repeat Clients (Third appointment and beyond):

Frequent last-minute cancellations or rescheduling will result in a temporary suspension of booking privileges for 1-3 months at a time and a required fee of $25 to be able to book in the future.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our time and business. This policy helps us maintain a fair and efficient scheduling system for everyone! All guidelines are in place due to past experiences and learning how to protect my time, my space and my clients as well.

Same day appointments/Deposits

Touch Esthetics doesn't offer same-day appointments, but walk-ins are welcome during working hours. If the salon is closed, clients can text, call, or email to schedule an appointment.

If a client books an appointment manually through me, a nonrefundable deposit of half the total service price is required to secure the slot.

Drop offs/Bringing little ones

It is important to arrive on time and have a plan for transportation after the appointment. Additionally, extra guests or children are not allowed in the spa unless they are also receiving a service. This helps maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment for all clients.

If you are not able to be on time, please inform me ahead of time. There will be a fee of $1/min every minute after the appointment is over.

Came in for a Brazilian sugar and the process was so quick and easy! Alizays bed side manner was awesome. Having a Brazilian sugar especially from someone you don't really know yet can be super Awkward, but she made it so effortless. We laughed and joked the whole time making it super comfortable. It was quick and not as painful as I thought thank goodness. She really is amazing at her job.
